Hey folks, It's been a long time coming, but after many false starts and multiple procastinations, I've finally launced a "single property website."
OK, you may be asking yourself, "what is a single property website?" Well that's a reasonable question, as many agents are not into marketing so comprehensively. It seems like such a natural for me.
As part of the marketing "mix" if you will, I will now be placing a sign rider on the "for sale" sign with the URL of the single property site. This will show the neighbors and the passer's by the location of the "single property site".
The site will serve as an online brochure, complete with search engine optimization for the listing. It will also have a copy of the brochure that is typically found in the brochure box on the sign. There's a virtual tour, single shot photos (for those who don't have the time for virtual tours) and all the Colorado State Required Addendums necessary for brokers to write an offer.
I even have a section translated into Spanish, to assist our Latino market.
Whew! 17 pages in all...my seller likes it. What do you think?
