Rebuilding Your Life after Foreclosure

And, don't forget about the lease-to-own option (the smart way) for starting to build equity again right away. Our program has even been known to buy homes from sellers in foreclosure and do a lease-to-own back to them. It's a bit expensive (because we take a profit), but it beats losing their house altogether.
