I can only speak for myself and those who have indicated to me, they prefer NOT to have to worry about showing a home every day for months on end!
Great advice Krystal. So often clients think they need to get on the market before the home is ready and lose the WOW factor on showings the first few weeks. Homes are sold within the first 5 minutes of showing. If there is no WOW, buyers move on.
